How to use? and what to do?

Hi,
I wanted to start contributing to this repository, and before that would like to get a feel of what its trying to accomplish?
To that point, is there some example code I can run ( if so how do i run it, and how do I test if I have set everything up correctly, I did make and it succeded without any errors so I am assuming its correct) ?
Could you help me out with the same 😄
