This PR fix a bug that cause repeated greeting from chatbot which is described in #801 . After this fix, the prompt passed to llama.cpp will have correct
[INST]and[/INST]around user inputs and generate reaonable response.Note this fix relates to #781. The new formatting template recently introduced seems to have multiple issues. Thanks @teleprint-me for pointing this out and guide the discussion.
