I tried it on both devices. (Macbook Pro Intel chip and Mac Mini M1 chip) Still not working.

Reproduce:

• Disconnect on all VPN (VPN profile, Tailscale)
• Disable AdGuard
• Run tran send file.txt

P.S. Do I need to config something before use tran?
