A go utility that randomizes your skin when you select a champion.
This may not work from source at the moment, I had to redo how bastion retrieves the LeagueClientUx arguments on disk.
Missing Feature List:
- Skin Blacklist - remove skins you don't like from the pool -> not sure yet. UI-based?
