The fix ensures that when Telegram imposes rate limits, the application will: 1. Detect the flood wait error 2. Log the waiting period 3. Sleep for the required duration 4. Retry the failed operation 5. Continue normal operation This eliminates the "Request was unsuccessful" errors while maintaining message forwarding reliability.
