Thanks for reaching out. If recipients aren't being added, please check if the group email(s) have been marked as abnormal due to repeated sending failures.

Go to Contacts → Suspend List to view and manage suspended addresses. Marketing campaigns automatically skip these emails to protect deliverability.

You can remove them from the list if the issue is resolved.

i have the same problem, the contacts are not in suspend list.
