Apple-Q and Apple-W should also launch Apple II DeskTop from the Selector module in addition to the letter D if the Apple II DeskTop module is available to launch Apple II DeskTop. Also, add a Quit menu command to the File menu of the Selector module with an Apple-Q keypress keyboard shortcut to launch Apple II DeskTop if the Apple II DeskTop module is available to launch Apple II DeskTop. The Quit menu command should not appear at all in the File menu if the Apple II DeskTop module is not available to launch Apple II DeskTop.
