Dragging to define a new selection with SHIFT should make a square one

When dragging to define a new selection with SHIFT key down should make a square one

Note that when resizing the selection by dragging its corners one can already hold SHIFT key to keep the ratio (so if it was made a square initially one will be able to keep it as such upon resizing if they use SHIFT again)
