First of multiple pull requests. This adds the necessary cmake files under the distros subfolder to support the fedora distro. I'm breaking this up into multiple request for ease of discussion, and because I need the practice with github.

Interesting. It looks like Travis is failing due to an apt-get error:

The command "sudo apt-get upgrade -y -qq" failed and exited with 100 during before_install.

Looking through the build log, things start to fall apart after the procps service fails to start:

invoke-rc.d: initscript procps, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error processing procps (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
