I have a branch that merges zmdc.pl, zmpkg.pl, zmstats.pl and zmwatch.pl. Perhaps the scheduler could go in there as well.

@SteveGilvarry has a (rust?) re-implementation that does everything as well. Perhaps it should go there.

I feel like this is something that has been created before, as we should be able to just pull it in.

Although this feels like a gui wrapper for our crontab, which again, I'm sure someone has created before.

Ready-Made PHP Libraries

I was thinking about PHP, but I don't like that PHP has script execution time limits. Yes, the limits can be changed in the script itself, but that might not work on some hosting providers. Although... I doubt anyone would consider installing ZM on a hosting provider that can't be properly administered.

Struggling with use cases that shouldn't just be builtin features as opposed to scripts and binaries. All see are paths to system execution. Zm-api rust daemon is doing the zmdc zmpkg zmwatch now for me, and spins up filters. I am already eyeing off purgewhenfull to deal with another way and maybe filters all together.
Let me know the what you are thinking to run and i will see if i already have something coming.
