Because people whine about illegal syndicate suits no longer spawning on Nanotrasen property (the AI Satellite teleporter), red suits will be found all over in spess!

The derelict has two, one at the Vag station engine room (because that was a popular syndicate target), and one at the old AI room (which I assume was also a top target). Some flavor text was added (little papers by the bodies showing what objective they had to do).

Ruskie DJ station now has their Red Suit on a rack in solars SMES room.

Abandoned shuttle has evidence of a wizard attack, and two sets of syndicate red suits (what were they doing up there that pissed a wizard off that much?).
