Unable to run command

I have clone the image from Github and run below command.
Running on Ubuntu 16.04 x64 Server

root@GITHUB:/pypass-dockerize# docker build -t pypass:latest
"docker build" requires exactly 1 argument.
See 'docker build --help'.
