If you want to build a Vue app really really fast, use nether VuePack nor Vue-cli, these scaffolding stuffs won't help a lot, they just teach you how to configure things. Try using Tooling now, which means no setup for you to start a Vue/React app.

npm install -g vuepack

# use `Ctrl+H` to toggle Redux Dev Panel| Command | Description |
