Bug: Lambda intel module not setting many fields

Fields like state aren't being set (https://github.com/Zeus-Labs/cartography/blob/master/cartography/intel/aws/lambda_function.py#L52)

Many of these fields are not available through the list_functions AWS call. You need to use get_function
