Ignored players' messages show up on login.

To replicate:

1. Ignore shaman
2. Ask shaman to blabber on about this bug.
3. log off
4. log back on.
5. You can see shaman's blabbering.

This is easy if the ignore list is sent prior to the offline chat, and if the offline chat is in a nice format. Othherwise, this is an infrastructure issue.
