Chobby font does not support unicode

It should support unicode, protocol and spring do now.

Without it some players cannot communicte comfortably (even with each other).

Unicode worked in Chobby for me before it was called Chobby. Is this a Windows specific issue?

Maintenance is not about backporting patches from the point of view of any engine dev. It is about making game devs test all the untested code in develop during the ongoing openGL update.
