As of right now, Cartoflow only creates an output for genes whose protein product is directly binding to my chemical input. It would be great if Cartoflow included all of the gene/protein interactions in its output, not just the direct binding interactions.

Hi! Currently that is by design, HOWEVER, I can make an argument to enable
more interactions between the chemical and proteins. I will be away for a
week or so though, but I’ll make sure to tell you when it is finished!
