Motivation

Docker Hub currently displays six tags for the most recent release: https://hub.docker.com/r/zfnd/zebra/tags. Also, notice that various previous releases contain various numbers of redundant tags.

Suggested Fixes

• We should figure out which ones are needed and remove the rest.
• We should make latest point to the default build, not the experimental build. But only after we've made getblocktemplate-rpcs the default build, to avoid breaking existing users.
