Unvisible subsub_index title

If i use long single words for the subsub title, this text wont be shown on the sidebar.

On this example we should see '0123456789012345678901234567890123456789'

The reason for this seems to be this space on the template.inc.php. This leads to an line break.

If I delete this space character, the result looks better ;)

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new document and take a long title without s space included.
2. Open the sidebar and you see an empty entry instead the document title.

I tested with Wikidocs 1.76 and confirmed the same issue persists. As you noted, removing the space character does resolve the problem.

Currently, I'm unable to test with the most recent Wikidocs release due to time constraints from another project I'm focused on.

Given that the fix is straightforward (removing the problematic space), if you're familiar with the process, you could submit the correction directly via a Pull Request.
