[Bug]: macOS bug unknown parameters: no_apple_double, no_apple_xattr

with my mega mount that I had to redo after updating to newest rclone manager I can't enable these features which I want on so they don't get uploaded to my mega account

There's a bit of a gap I need to close here.

Rclone's RC options/info returns mount option definitions like this:

Here we have two FieldName values, NoAppleDouble and NoAppleXattr. My app currently picks these up and nests them under the mountOpt object. As of the latest rclone version, though, saving a remote in the editor should instead send them as flat parameters, noapplexattr and noappledouble, mapped straight from the CLI flag names. These are trivial to parse and now work at the top level of any rc call.

What I couldn't figure out is where no_apple_double / no_apple_xattr (with underscores) come from, those aren't valid names over the rclone rc. The app is still sending the parameters correctly; only the shape of the call changed, from nested to flat.

@Hakanbaban53 so you wont fix this in the next release? b/c for macos users I really dont want rclone to pick up those dummy files that are not needed.

Okay, I'm not sure why I closed it like that, my mistake. I actually found the problem.

In my presets, I had them set like this:

I'm not sure how that happened, but that's the issue on my side. I've already fixed it on the branch I'm working on, so in the next release it'll be changed to:

    noapplexattr: true,

  },
},
