Remove bitnami dependencies

Helm chart version bump with no dependencies to Bitnami

Moved from Bitnami to use official Docker images.

This chart has been updated to reduce external dependencies and provide more direct control over database and messaging components:

• PostgreSQL: Migrated from Bitnami chart dependency to direct deployment using official PostgreSQL Docker image
• RabbitMQ: Migrated from Bitnami chart dependency to direct deployment using official RabbitMQ Docker image
• Redis: Migrated from Bitnami chart dependency to direct deployment using official Redis Docker image
• MinIO: Uses the official MinIO chart instead of Bitnami (optional)

These changes provide:

• Better control over image versions and configurations
• Reduced dependency complexity
• More predictable behavior in production environments
• Easier troubleshooting and maintenance
