This is a public demonstration of the Single-Cell AI Explorer, an advanced WebGL-accelerated bioinformatics dashboard designed for visualizing high-dimensional single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data.

DEMO VERSION LIMITATION This repository contains a lightweight, functionally-stripped version of the dashboard. The live application demonstrates the user interface using pre-calculated synthetic data. Processing real, large-scale single-cell matrices (.h5ad files with millions of data points) is disabled in this public version to protect intellectual property and server infrastructure.
