- Clone the repository:

2.1 For the backend, navigate to the api
directory:
cd api
2.2 Install the dependencies:
composer install
2.3 Create a .env
file by copying the .env.example
file:
cp .env.example .env
2.4 Generate an application key:
php artisan key:generate
2.5 Create a new database and update the .env
file with your database credentials:
DB_CONNECTION=mysql
DB_HOST=127.0.0.1
DB_PORT=your_database_port
DB_DATABASE=your_database_name

DB_PASSWORD=your_database_password
2.6 Run the migrations to create the database tables:
php artisan migrate
2.7 Start the Laravel server:
php artisan serve
