Add a spinner when the search button(api is called) is clicked.

For a better user experience add a spinner or loader in the place of images when the search button(api is called) is clicked because the text change is rendered immediately but the user has no clue if the search is working or not.

I want to contribute to this repo by adding a spinner whenever search api is called.
