Check whether synonyms are a string #1700
Description
When no synonyms are entered, this sometimes results in a null value to be returned. This in turn breaks the synonym parsing functionality (see https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo-premium/issues/1924). This bug has been fixed on the plugin side by checking the type of synonyms (see https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo-premium/pull/1927) but this should actually be implemented in YoastSEO.js.
