Display problems on some computers

I have problems on some computers: part of dispaly become gray and mouse don't have managment.

On this moment i saw it on Windows 10 PC where 2 or more monitors. Sometimes few reconnects resolve my problems.

On the computers where you have problems, does it always say it's connected via WebRTC? I was playing around with firewall rules when I saw this on one of my computers. Does it always happen on the same computers? If so, can you try turning off the firewall to see if it resolves the issue? I was going to add some code to add the correct firewall rule.

The other workaround is to disable webrtc. I'll setup some more test systems with webrtc to see if I can reliably reproduce this.

Yes, all my connect with WebRTC. It problem on some computers with WIndows 10 and repeats on the same. Not at all PC.

My few test showed me that problem might be in rule Kaspersky Antivirus. When i disabled it on few computers - i didn't have problem. I didn't check only with system firewall.

I need check it without WebRTC and I will look for a correct rule for Meshagent.

It is weird that the Antivirus/Firewall would have an impact on this.

I think this is a WebRTC issue. I have seen this before. What browser are you using? If you can switch from Chrome/FireFox/Edge/Safari and let use know exactly which browsers are causing this, I will try to replicate the problem.

Of course, you can turn off WebRTC using "webrtc": false in the settings section of config.json, that will work around the problem. But before you do that, let use know the exact browser and version your using to cause this.

This should not be caused by any anti-virus (???), the should be a WebRTC issue on our part or the browser.

I tested on the one comuter browsers witn enabled Webrtc.
I have problem on bowsers: Opera Beta (81.0.4196.27), Chrome (95.0.4638.69)
Haven't problem: Opera Stable (81.0.4196.37), Firefox (91.3.0esr), Edge (95.0.1020.53)

I had the same issue this past week, it was solved by updating and resetting the opera browser to its default settings.
I did it, because with chrome there was no issue, it was only with opera. Also with opera, it wasn't only the meshcentral that I am having issue, I have other application that is web base, and using opera have issues also, but chrome.

It's trable from few computers with different browsers. Reset browser all time it isn't good resolve issue. And it repeats on clear browsers

@Ylianst I else tested on the comuter with Linux and browsers witn enabled Webrtc.

I fixed a bug in webrtc that was causing the data channel to disconnect. We are testing the agent now and will update soon. Hopefully this resolves your issue.
