Closes #256

Applied changes based on Issue #256.

I’ve added a new bullet under the Features section to document the --fetch flag, matching the Usage section’s description. Let me know if you’d like any tweaks to the wording.

I’ve removed the Jina Reader API parenthetical from the “--fetch” feature bullet so it now simply reads:

  • Support a --fetch flag in the /codex command to fetch and include contents from URLs referenced in the prompt

Let me know if you’d like any further tweaks!
