Applied changes based on Issue #244.
I’ve added logic at the end of the action runner to automatically swap out the “eyes” reaction for a 👍 on the original issue/PR once all processing and comment updates complete. Now, regardless of whether we created a PR or just updated comments (or ran with --no-pr), the bot will:
Any failures in this step will be logged as warnings but won’t break the action. Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!
