I'm a data analyst and BI practitioner with experience in Python, SQL, Power BI, and other tools, focused on end-to-end ETL/ELT data pipelines, database integrity, and quality dashboards that enable evidence-based decision-making. My core competencies include data extraction, transformation, and loading; database optimization and consistency; DAX modeling; and cloud data engineering with AWS.

Due to my background in the social sciences, I take a systems-thinking approach to data: before diving into data manipulation and report building, I invest time in framing the problem in a way that takes into consideration the human and organizational context around the data and the decision-process it is supposed to inform. In addition, my experience as a teacher further enhanced my communication skills and my ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.

I became a data analyst due to a belief in the power of evidence-based decision-making and the importance of building a data-driven culture across organizations and society as a whole. I'm currently completing a postgraduate in Data Analytics at FIAP (Pós-Tech) and seeking BI or Analytics roles in organizations that value data quality, rigorous analysis, and a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
