Автоматически заливает билд на pypi при создании нового релиза в репозитории.
Просто предложение, заметил что заливатся вручную сейчас.
Чтобы работало надо добавить этот репозиторий на pypi (workflow=publish.yml)

Вместо pyproject.toml использует setup.py
