This commit breaks the toolbar.
It becomes impossible to move it around: it snaps back to some random position in the middle of the browser window.
I am going to revert it.

Google Chrome Version 96.0.4664.18 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
Just try to move the top bar and it snaps back to the middle of the screen.
