Make AMI library public as a git repository

I would like to use the AMI library for some testing on the v80 fpga. It is annoying to have to clone this whole repository and have the AVED design there too.

I can see the AMI software is available at https://gitenterprise.xilinx.com/XBB/AMI.git from the README in the AMI directory, but this does not appear to be a public server.

There should surely be a github/public fork of the AMI library so that it is able to be used without the bloat of the entire AVED repo?
