主要统一了命令行提示信息和初始化方式，利用execute时传入的参数列表而不是全局变量读取flag。
顺带解决了一些小问题：
x25519命令的--std-encoding选项不生效。api sib增加了多Inbound支持。cserial.ToTypedMessage返回结果的无意义检查。
