Newer than Pre Release doesnt work on IOS 18

I am on IOS 18.1 Dev Beta on iPhone 15 Pro and anything after the pre release doesn't seem to work, When i say pre release im referring to Pre-Release 1.9 (December 2023) anything after doesnt work for some reason it just doesn't start downloading an hangs there sat there for an hour waiting to see if it doesn't anything on latest nothing so itried it on every single one going back slowly and nothing seems to work but pre release
