This adds a "Star Settings" screen and a Starfield Density slider to allow the player to adjust how many stars are visible in the night sky.

I can see future star options like:

  1. Twinkling Effect
  2. Rotate with Moon (changed night sky so it rotates with moon #82)
  3. Color Variations
  4. Size Variations
