Add settings for backward compatibility for unique user attribute

As of the current version, the backup provider is comparing username of the local instance with the username of the remote instance. The comparison should be enhanced in order to allow comparing different user attributes such as email address.
In order to provide backup compatibility there is a setting defaulting to username. Therefore current installs can still use the plugin without having to change anything.
