Summary

add a FastAPI-based MCP server that exposes the lab tool registry and experiments to AI clients
include cartography endpoints and tool invocation support wired to the existing QuLabInfinite toolchain
ensure the server reads the freshest Materials Project expansion dataset for mp-* records
