Idea: Add code editor for PHP files

I would love to see a full code editor using just the web.
Kind of a VSCode on the browser but to edit the code in the Playground.

This will allow us to test themes/plugins/sites and modify them on the fly, improving the developing and testing experience.

We could try some JS library similar to:

@sejas I was considering that myself! Then I thought a synced local directory would provide a lot of that same value, only with your local editor that's already set up to your needs. It wouldn't work on chromebooks and tablets, though.
