What?

Implements importing the fonts added to WordPress using the Font Library.

How?

Adding wp_font_face related files importing capabilities.

Testing instructions

  1. Install a few font families in a site running WordPress + Gutenberg >= 17.9 and/or WordPress >= 6.5.
  2. Export the site data using the exporter. In wp-admin go to Tools -> Export.
  3. Install the version of the importer of this PR in another WordPress instance running WordPress + Gutenberg >= 17.9 and/or WordPress >= 6.5.
  4. Try to import the XML file containing the exported data.
