502 Bad Gateway

Hello,

When I click on "Install SQLite Database" button, my local website is working and finally give a 502 Bad Gateway issue.
I've nothing related in the debug.log and read it can be from lack of memory.

Any idea how to debug this ?

I'm wondering if this is the same issue I just reported in #10 .

If you felt like trying to reproduce it, I used Docker compose to bring up a fresh WP install (including a MariaDB server), added the sqlite plugin and tried to activate it. For me, there were errors on the WP container console.

I can't reproduce this issue... Is this still a problem with the latest release? (The whole implementation was refactored)
