PDOException: no such table: wp_options

Greetings,

I did a fresh WP install using Docker compose using the latest official WP image and then tried installing the sqlite-database-integration plugin. When clicking the final button to install the sqlite support and redirect, I got the following error:

PHP Warning: Uncaught PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1 no such table: wp_options in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/sqlite-database-integration/wp-includes/sqlite/class-wp-sqlite-pdo-engine.php:696

The WP setup page never loaded.

Let me know if I can help troubleshoot anything further for you. Very excited by this sqlite effort.

This should be fixed with: #8
(I say should, but I've stumbled upon the same error which is resolved after this PR)
