This PR corrects an obsolete requirement, as raised by @JasonTheAdams in https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C08TJ8BPULS/p1751904852200629:
I initially had defined the requirements for a language agnostic AI client SDK specification, rather than a concrete PHP specific AI client SDK. I thought I had updated any obsolete entries in the requirements, but this one I missed. So this PR adjusts it to be more aligned with the current scope of the PHP AI client SDK.
