Problem

We are currently using the most expensive and slowest source map option in development.

There are many faster options available that would speed initial and subsequent compilations of the frontend app.

Description

From the vast array of devtools option choices available to us choose one that balances readability/debuggabiliy with quickness. We certainly don't need the most accurate and perfect source-maps for development.
