We currently have a page for our sources which show how many records we have per-provider: https://openverse.org/sources

It might be helpful to provide a similar page for licenses, wherein we have a brief description of the licenses (or link to the CC license page) and then provide a similar table of record counts per license. We already have a "License" link in the header, we could use that for the page rather than immediately redirecting out to CC's website.

@obulat mentioned that we'd likely have to add an API endpoint for this, as the sources logic requires its own Elasticsearch query (and the license aggregation may need a similar one).
