Problem

An excellent way to contribute to Openverse is by writing or reviewing translations. This process is tightly coupled to wp.org's GlotPress system. We do not mention translation anywhere except a brief reference in our contributing guide.

Description

We should docoment some aspects of localization in Openverse:

• A little about how frontend components should be written with translation in mind
• Information about how and where to contribute to translations
• Info about language detection and url structure in Openverse (path-based routing)
