Our Phylopic DAG began failing last night: https://airflow.openverse.engineering/log?execution_date=2023-02-12T00%3A00%3A00%2B00%3A00&task_id=ingest_data.pull_image_data&dag_id=phylopic_workflow&map_index=-1

It appears the API URL we were trying to use now 404s: http://phylopic.org/api/a/image/list/modified/2023-02-12/2023-02-13

While I can't find any specific release information, the API now appears to be on v2. This is confirmed a bit by the recent tagging and merging of the v2.0.0 branch into a production branch on the phylopic repo.

I suspect we'll need to disable this DAG until we have an opportunity to update the URLs.
