Fixes #2116 by @obulat

Description

This PR fixes the "combined search" links on the Search help page: you can now click on the examples and open a working page on Openverse. The actual search results might need tweaking on the API side (the AND, OR, NOT etc queries).

The list ul line spacings changed a little bit, but it was not the goal of this PR. Main updates of spacings/sizes should be done for all content pages separately, in later PRs.

Testing Instructions

Go to the Search help page and try out all the example links. They should return some results.
