Offset iNaturalist DAG from monthly by one day

Description

This PR changes the schedule interval of the iNaturalist DAG so that it runs on the second day of the month (rather than on the first day of the month with all the other @monthly runs.

Testing Instructions

1. just up
2. Check the list of DAGs at http://localhost:9090 and see that the schedule interval for iNaturalist reflects the change here
