This PR refactors the Accordions and Accordion Item blocks to use the
ToolsPanelcomponent instead of thePanelBodycomponent in their inspector controls.Why?
This change aligns the Accordion block with the ongoing effort to standardize block inspector controls across Gutenberg using
ToolsPanel. TheToolsPanelcomponent provides a better user experience with reset capabilities, improved organization, and consistent UI patterns across all blocks.Screenshots or screencast
