Noting that the CHANGELOG CI check is expected to fail for this PR, since we actually want to remove an entry (without adding one)

LGTM 👍 Instead we should be using the lock/unlock mechanism, as done here:

const { ProgressBar, Theme } = unlock( componentsPrivateApis );
